The staff handled my food allergies very well. Yana, the manager, kept in contact . She ensured many options were always available. The chefs helped me at the buffets, indicating safe foods for me. The live music nights, especially on Tuesday, were fun. The food and drinks were great, offering many choices.
The parking was very limited. The private beach is not on the hotel. It requires a short walk. I had to cross a residential road at the rear to reach it. This detail was not clear.

check-in was fast and efficient. our room had a double bed and a sofa. there was daily cleaning (i always appreciate that). the hotel features multiple bars serving a wide array of drinks (some premium options are available).
the gym equipment could use some maintenance.

i found the staff genuinely attentive. yana, the guest relations manager, ensured every detail was perfect. ali, the hotel manager, skillfully resolved a minor issue, guaranteeing my stay remained good. the meticulously cleaned facilities and crisp linens contributed positively to my comfort.
the location requires a short walk to the beach, including crossing a road. this arrangement might pose a minor inconvenience for some guests. i wish there were a more direct, seamless access to the private beach area.
